ART IS LIFE!

Art, they say is life, everything in life is artistic, contains art or has an artistic aspect in it. Art is wide and general. In this case a Community Based Organization named Tetu Youth in conjunction with Unik J. Designers held an extra-ordinary art exhibition on Saturday 14^th May 2011 at Old Municipal Hall.

Founded in 2009 under the tutelage of Joel Kariuki, Unik J.Designers engage in livelihood sustainable projects in art among others such as fish farming, counseling and sporting activities .Fine art at its very best was exhibited with some of the popular faces of celebrities being displayed such as Dan ‘Churchill’ Ndambuki, Papa Shirandula and the portrait of the President among others. In addition to nurturing young talents in school children, Unik Designers has a vision of establishing an art academy.
