Ngangarithi Estate  is full of garbage due to failure of Municipal council Refuse Collection Services .But also Residence need to stop being so careless and uncaring about our Estates. The reason why Neighborhoods are so littered with trash is because people don’t seem to care where they dispose of their garbage.
