Accounts Assistant (2)

Responsibilities

1. Purchase and Sales ledger
2. Bank posting and reconciliations
3. Handling suppliers
4. Credit Control – letters, telephone calls, e-mails, dealing with call in enquiries
5. VAT returns
6. Adhoc administration duties

Qualifications: -

• A Bachelor`s degree in a finance related field.
• Minimum CPA Part II
• Knowledge of accounting applications – QuickBooks is a must.
• Minimum working experience of between 3-6 years in a busy organization
