Almasi Beverages Ltd is a company which was born out of a merger of three Coca-Cola bottling companies of Rift Valley Bottlers, Kisii Bottlers and Mount Kenya Bottlers. Almasi’s purpose is to increase shareholder value by manufacturing, packaging, distributing and selling Coca-Cola products.

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide support to retail customers to drive vertical growth, engage him/her in value discussions to develop the business, generate sales, tap into all available in-outlet opportunities, recruit new outlets, and ensure market execution initiatives are applied to the highest standards
Main responsibilities
Ensure sell-out from the outlets
Ensure market development in all retail and informal outlets
Engage retail owners to understand their business
Merchandise coolers and coach retail customers to do the same
Track and advise customer to protect company assets (coolers/ice-boxes/glass/name panels)
Keep records on targets allocated to outlets and monitor daily performance.
Ensure no stock out of products in the market
Education and Experience:
Diploma in Sales and Marketing
At least 2 years experience in Sales in a busy FMCG organization
Clean and valid drivers licence
